The Headquarter Hotel of EAED 2022 is the InterContinental Bordeaux - Le Grand Hôtel. Due to strict conditions, only a limited allotment for EAED faculty members has been reserved. In case you would like to stay in the same hotel, we kindly ask you to book your room in the InterContinental Hotel directly or via a common booking platform, where you will get attractive booking- and cancellation regulations. Your booking is binding and can only be confirmed upon receipt of a valid credit card guarantee. Follow the link to read the detailed Booking and Cancellation Conditions.

All accommodation bookings can be cancelled free of charge until 15 days prior to check-in. Only written cancellations can be accepted.

COVID Special Clause
Free cancellation of the room is possible in case your cancellation is due to official COVID-19 regulations (only mandatory quarantine when travelling to Bordeaux/to your city of residence, official travel ban) in effect any time during May 25-29, 2022. A respective confirmation has to be provided together with your written cancellation. Only sources and confirmations from official authorities are accepted.
