Stéphane SIMON has been qualified as Doctor in Dental Surgery in 1994. He completed his PhD in Pulp Biology in the frame of a co-supervised Thesis between the University of Paris 7 and the University of Birmingham in 2009

Ha has been a full time Professor in endodontics and Molecular biology for 14 years at Paris Diderot University and leaded the 3 years full time program of endodontics he created in 2011.

He is the author of 68 per reviewed manuscripts, over than 120 clinical French and English clinical papers. He is also the authors of 7 books and 9 chapters in international books such as Dental Pulp, Pathways of the pulp, Textbook of Endodontology, etc. He has lectured in 27 countries mainly on Innovation and new technologies in endodontics. He was the president of Pulp Biology and regeneration group of IADR in 2012-2014. 

Stephane SIMON is still active in research biology with self-funded projects, and is highly involved in development of new techniques and concepts for graduate and postgraduate teaching (E learning, flipped classroom,, blended learning MOOCs, etc.) 

He is now the founder and C&O and “Endo Academie”, a private postgraduate training school dedicated to teaching endodontics for GPs and Endodontic specialist with a dedicated program of two years. 

Last but not least, he is the father of 5.
